Apotex announces leadership changes
Mar 30, 2026Toronto, ON – March 30, 2026 – . Apotex, the Canadian-based global health company, today announced key changes to its executive leadership structure designed to strengthen its long-term strategic direction and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.
Allan Oberman has decided to step down as CEO of Apotex. As part of this transition, Allan will resume his role as a member of the Board of Apotex, where he will continue to oversee the company’s strategic priorities and long-range planning. Since 2023, Mr. Oberman has been President and CEO of Apotex.
At the same time, Jeff Watson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Watson returns to the business and will assume full responsibility for leading Apotex’s global operations, driving the company’s business strategy, operational performance, and growth agenda. He has been a leader at Apotex for more than 20 years, including as President and CEO from 2018 to 2023. In June 2023, he became a member of Apotex’s Board of Directors and continued to oversee the business strategy in that role.

Apotex Health Corp. announces upsize of bought deal secondary offering to $850 million
Toronto, Ontario, September 15, 2026 - Apotex Health Corp. ("Apotex" or the "Company") announced today that, as a result of strong demand, Apotex, an affiliate of SK Capital Partners ("SK Capital"), API Investment LP ("Sherfam") and Allan Oberman ("Oberman", and together with SK Capital and Sherfam, the "Selling Shareholders") have entered into an amended agreement with the syndicate of underwriters (the "Underwriters") led by RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities Inc., and Scotiabank, as joint lead bookrunners, and BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies Securities, Inc., as joint bookrunners, to increase the size of the previously announced bought deal secondary offering of common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"). Under the amended agreement, the Underwriters have agreed to purchase 25,000,000 Common Shares from the Selling Shareholders at a purchase price of $34.00 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of approximately $850,000,000 (the "Upsized Offering").

Toronto, Ontario, September 14, 2026 - Apotex Health Corp. ("Apotex" or the "Company") announced today that Apotex, an affiliate of SK Capital Partners ("SK Capital"), API Investment LP ("Sherfam") and Allan Oberman ("Oberman", and together with SK Capital and Sherfam, the "Selling Shareholders") have entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters (the "Underwriters") led by RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities Inc., and Scotiabank, as joint lead bookrunners, and BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies Securities, Inc., as joint bookrunners, to complete a secondary offering on a bought deal basis (the "Offering") of common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"). Under the agreement, the Underwriters have agreed to purchase 22,058,825 Common Shares from the Selling Shareholders at a purchase price of $34.00 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of approximately $750,000,050.
