Many years ago the Apotex Group of Companies accepted the challenge to build a world class Canadian-owned pharmaceutical company with a commitment to excellence. This includes our Research, Development, Production and Distribution that all fits together for the most important objective, "Service to our Customers".

We have done this by investing in our future by building the best facilities, committing over $2 billion for R&D over the next 10 years, improving our internal systems with SAP, and by supporting and strengthening our human resources.

Customer satisfaction begins with employee satisfaction.

A committment to clear, frequently repeated quality goals - followed up with continuous measurement of progress against those goals - forms the foundation of the Apotex Group of Companies' approach to quality. We know that quality is absolutely the only road to a satisfied customer at the end of each transaction.

As consolidation in the pharmaceutical industry continues and the Canadian-owned companies disappear, it is important to understand what the Apotex Group is trying to do in the development of innovative medicines, including biotechnology, the commitment is to a complete product line to meet world healthcare needs.
